Job Responsibilities:
Case Management:Manage all stages of litigation, right from initial evaluation through appeal. Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, and other court documents. Coordinate with witnesses, experts, and external counsel as required.Legal Research:Undertake exhaustive legal research to provide evidence and case law that support the company’s litigation position.
Stay updated with the latest legal trends that can influence the company’s case.
Key Skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.• Demonstrable analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently, yet flourish in a team environment.• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with an ability to work under stringent deadlines.• Familiarity with Intellectual Property Laws will be considered a significant advantage.
Experience:
A total of 5-7 years of combined litigation and non-litigation experience, with a preference for candidates having exposure in both Civil & Criminal sectors
