Job Description:-
Candidates should be Self-motivated / Talkative in nature.
Knowledge of the RECRUITMENT process
Responsible for Tie-Up with different colleges in INDIA
Knowledge of Banking for Loan disbursement & resolving process/queries
Good Sales & Negotiation skills with an Ability to explain complex information
Assessment – Screening each / every resume and assessing the profile for the requirement
Convert leads into logins and ensure disbursal through Bank/NBFC / Private Funding
Verification of Clients / Candidate Counselling for job profile
Sourcing of candidates, Calling the candidates from references & generate footfall etc.
Knowledge of Organising Social & Corporate Events / JobFair & Networking Groups Events etc.
Knowledge of social media marketing (eg) LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc..
Ambitious, Hardworking, Target Achiever of Hr Recruitment / Funding process
Good Leadership Qualities with Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi) an Energetic & Quick Leaner, Having a Laptop, Driving License, Ready to Travel in INDIA with Hybrid Working (Office & Field Work)
